Before you get to the college there will be lots of sharp turns so using
speedbreaker then small bursts of nitrous to get back up to speed helps a lot.
Once you reach the golf course you can take the little shortcut there. Then
you'll be entering the park again so just make sure not to hit any trees while
maintaining control. A little bit after that you'll open it up on the highway
so if you have a car with a halfway decent top speed you should be able to out
run him.

need to watch out for the sharp turn right after the boardwalk.

you reach the hospital make a left turn into it to take the small ramp up to
