Races like these make you want to kill the creators of the game. It's long,
boring, times are tight, and traffic is heavy in areas. The only tip I can
really give is use lots of nitrous, and use speedbreaker.
64. Type: Trade Paint
Objective: To complete this challenge you will need to trade paint with
20 different police vehicles. As always, you will need to evade the
pursuit to win.

65. Type: Tollbooth Time Trial
Objective: The best time running between these tollbooths is 4:50. You
will need to beat that time to complete this challenge.

Right at the beginning you want to zig-zag your way through the docks instead
of taking the main route. Near 50% you'll have to go through the stadium
again, but this time you're going the other direction. Again you want to
accelerate as much as you can before hitting the field. Something happened on
my game, because my frame rate drop to hell and made it very hard to steer
into the stadium. Hopefully that won't happen to you.
66. Type: Cost to State
Objective: Get 200,000 cost to state and evade the pursuit to win this
challenge.

67. Type: Tollbooth Time Trial
Objective: This is the longest time challenge in the Blacklist records.
You need to reach the last tollbooth before the 8:50 mark to win this
challenge.

Times are tight through the first few booths, so you have to drive as fast as
you can. Your nitrous bottle should be almost empty before you even reach 1%.
After that it's pretty easy. The only thing I have to say is, between booth 4
and 5 you want to stay right for the shorter route around the stadium.
68. Type: Pursuit Length
Objective: You will need to last in a pursuit for 30 minutes without
getting busted. Once accomplished, you still need to evade the pursuit to
be successful.

Again, due to the length of this pursuit, I used the bus station glitch to
save erver space. If you don't want to use the bus station glitch, just head
out to the highway and hope you don't have to do this more then once.
69. Type: Black Edition Challenge
Objective: In this event you will be pursued by supercharged Heavy SUV's.
This will be the most difficult challenge in the series. You need to Get
a Bounty of 500,000 and evade the pursuit to be successful.

This is no where near the toughest challenge. In fact, its one of the easier
ones. Right at the beginning you want to do a 180 and head for the stadium.
Hit the 2 pursuit breakers and make your way to the hiding spot in the parking
lot. That wasn't hard now was it?
70. Type: Burger King Challenge
Objective: Win the BURGER KING race to unlock unique performance upgrade
parts in the performance customization menu.(For Use in Quick Race Only)
Unlock: Unlocked by typing "burgerking" on the "Click to
Continue" Screen

Unlike the other challenges, this one is just a normal race. It's extremely
easy, so you shouldn't have any problems.
