all you need to do is hit some pursuit breakers.

Due to the length of this pursuit, I used the bus station glitch to save
server space. If you don't want to use the bus station glitch, just head out
to the highway and hope you don't have to do this more then once.

Right after the 3rd booth you end up going through the stadium's football
field. Don't use any nitrous on the field, you get no traction so it would be
a waste. The best thing to do is use as much nitrous as you can before you
leave the pavement and try avoid turning on the field. After the stadium there
are a bunch of twists and turns so speedbreaker and nitrous helps.
62. Type: Spike Strip
Objective: In order to beat this challenge, you will have to
dodge 10 spike strips and evade the pursuit.
