Try to get a perfect launch at the beginning and avoid hitting your opponents
since the first trap isn't far from the beginning. Right after trap 2 there is
a 90º turn and then there is a parking lot you can cut through. Do not take
it as it will slow you down and trap 3 is just around the corner. Take the
first corner around the hospital slow then use nitrous until you reach the
trap.

Your first drag race! :D Most people hate the drags in this game, but I love
them most will take a few times to learn where the traffic is, but hopefully
this faq will help you. Once you get into 2nd gear tap the nitrous button
until you run out. If done correctly you should be in the lead. Move all the
way over to the right once you pass the first car. When you pass the second
car move over a lane to the left and pass the third car. Get in the far right
lane again until you pass another car then move over one lane to the left
again. Make sure you stay in your lane throughout all the curves and switch
lanes right before the end to avoid the last car. To make things easier just
watch the video. :P

You start out right before the switchback around the hospital. I didn't
notice this until I watched the video(I checked with another faq to make
sure) that the second half of the hospital is open so once you go around the
first turn watch your right and just bypass the second turn, this should give
you the lead. After you get through the hospital there will be a left turn.
Use speadbreaker and make your way around the corner then power slide to your
right and cut through the parking lot and make your way around the next
corner. Coming up will be the water park shortcut on the left, take it if you
want. Right after the big donut is a sharp 45º turn. Don't take it like I did
in the video -_- Try to go at it wide, using speedbreaker + nitrous to slow
your skid. Make your way to the end of the track.

Most of this race is on the highway. I didn't even know there were police in
this race until about 80%. If you engage in pursuit jump down to the
Milestones section and get some done if you haven't yet.

You can try to do the first three in one pursuit, but it took me over 4
minutes to tag 8 police vehicles so you could just try to do 1&3 in one
pursuit then do 2 in a separate one, which works out well since you get two
races with Maximum Cop Probability.

A really short sprint with no shortcuts that will help much. Also if you
notice on the video she shows off her lighting fast ninja skill just before
the race. Please let me know if this happens for you cause I really really
don't remember that my first time through. o_O

At the beginning of the race you'll see the shortcut under the tree. Skip it
this lap and stick to the road and you should gain a nice speed advantage.
Next there is the alley way behind the mall. NEVER enter a shortcut like I did
the first lap. It just defeats the whole purpose of one When you come to the
fork in the road, take the right side. Again when going around the the
switchback around the hospital, avoid the high sidewalk. The last shortcut is
the parking lot on the right just before the college circle.
Notes for those who watched the video: I believe that the first 1/2 of this
race was the worst I've done so far. Do not do any of the stupid crap I did in
the first lap. Pay attention and don't drive like gamefreaksl. :P
