California Dreamin’: Reverse: 1999’s Los Angeles Event Heralded a Huge Success
Plus Collaboration with Bubble Tea Experts Signature KOI Set to Continue
Hong Kong, 27th October 2024: BluePoch is excited to divulge that Reverse 1999’s recent "To the Past Times" event in Los Angeles was a huge success, with players treated to stunning installations and artwork designed to celebrate the game’s first year since release.
The event - which ran from October 26th to 27th and featured a filmed screening showcasing game trailers and music videos - also played host to an exclusive cosplayer meetup that allowed fans to visibly express their passion for the series and recreated the Laplace scene from Chapter 1.9, which received high praise from many players.
“We loved seeing fans of the game in the flesh in Los Angeles,” said Bluepoch Staff. “There’s so much love for Reverse: 1999 amongst its community, which is set to grow even bigger now the game has launched on Steam.”
Reverse: 1999 is also currently in the middle of a partnership with Bubble Tea maestros Signature KOI in Singapore.
The collaboration lets customers get their hands on special merchandise featuring Regulus and Matilda’s vacation outfits. Unlocking those merchandise is a case of purchasing any collab drink off the menu; the Signature Pearl Earl Grey Milk Tea and the Honey Floral Green Tea.
The collaboration is set to run until November 10th, meaning players still have plenty of time to get a macaron and an ice cream of their choice by showing their game ID and any object related to Reverse: 1999 or cosplaying any characters of this game. Sharing photos of the collaboration with the #Reverse1999Anniversary and #Signaturekoi hashtags on any social platform will also unlock an exclusive anniversary postcard.
