The Chronicles Of The Sword

Sometimes an item can be seen from more than one location. If you cannot
interact with it from one location, try another (example: the well in Tintagel).

Talk to Lancelot. Wander through all the rooms in the castle to become
acquainted with the surroundings and locations. Take a candle from candle
holders in the dining room with the fireplace. Light the candle by using it on
the fire in the fireplace. Also pick up a lantern from the throne room and light
it with the candle.

Go to Wilf's stables. Take a scoop and a bucket. Wilf is the man that sits on
the barrel.

Go to the blacksmith. Pick up a horseshoe.

Enter the tower door that has ivy growing to the right of it. Move the torch to
open the grate. Use the lantern on when it turns dark. Enter the cave.

Pick up the mushroom. There is an interactive spot in the water to the left of
the board above the water. Select it to get a skull. Use the scoop on the skull
to get rubies. Go farther into the cave. Get a dagger and cup from the altar.
Return to the place where the torch was pulled.

Ascend the stairs and carefully use the sword on the seahorse's eye. A wall will
slide over, allowing you to proceed to Merlin's room.

Try taking his items and he will appear. Talk to him. He will give you a scroll.
Go to the guarded door to Morgana's rooms. It is located to the left and
upstairs from the blacksmith. Talk to the guard.

Return to the castle and go right. Take the tankard from under the table. Go to
the blacksmith's and fill it with ale from one of barrels. Give the rubies to
the blacksmith. You can now get a helmet from the table. If no helmet is on the
table, try later.

Return to the guard and give him the tankard. Enter the door. Talk to King
Arthur. Give him the scroll. Return to Merlin. Talk to him. Talk to King Arthur
again.

Return to the place where you gave the scroll to King Arthur. Take the scroll.
Use the helmet on door. Enter the door. Talk with Morgana. Give her the scroll.

After the FMV sequences, talk to Merlin. Return to Morgana's room and get a vial
of dragon's blood from table.

Go and speak with Wilf, Lancelot and King Arthur. Events will be triggered that
will allow you to leave Camelot.

Return to the guard to whom you gave a tankard of ale. Talk to him. He will
return the tankard.

Go to the guard of the Camelot gates. Leave, go up, then move left. Use the
helmet on the water. Move back to the right and go up. Use the dragon's blood on
the door. Enter the door. Move right and go to the water. Use the tankard on the
water.

After combat (you may want to set the difficulty level to easy) return to Merlin
and give him the tankard. Return to Guinevere's well, but go left instead of
right. Take a horn from here. Return to the crossroads, and go right to the
dragon's cave.

Pick up a rock on the walkway. Use the horn on the cave entrance. Enter the
cave. Take an egg (this one is not the correct one). Go right. Take a branch,
but not the egg, from the nest. Use the helmet on the path above the lava near
middle of the screen to fill it with sand. Use the helmet on the egg, then take
the eggshell from the floor.

Return to Merlin and give him the eggshell. Go to the fairy ring outside the
castle.

Pick up a red toadstool and use it on the ring. Talk to the fairy leader. Give
him a cup.

Return to Merlin with his nugget. After the FMV sequence, talk with Demidtke the
witch. She wants a mortar and pestle. Return to Camelot. There is path to left
of the campfire that leads to the with fairy ring. On the way back, pick up some
poppies (red flowers) north of fairy ring.

At Camelot, go to Guinevere and talk to her. She will give you a mortar and
pestle.

Give them to Demidtke. She wants poppy seeds. Try giving her the poppies, to
learn that she wants something else. Use the dagger on the bread in your
inventory. You will get poppy seeds. Give them to her.

Return to the campfire. Move down and then to the left. Talk with Brother
Anthony about the honey. Move left. Enter the monastery. Talk with the monk near
the well. Select the interactive spot on the door to stables on the right side
of the screen. Take the straw. Walk down and soak the straw in the well. Use the
straw on the lantern. Go to Brother Anthony and use the straw to smoke the bees
and get the honey.

Give the honey to Demidtke. Leave her house. After talking, go downstairs. Pick
up the amphorae. Go to the left.

Enter the cave. Take the rope. Go to the right. Talk with the smuggler.

Return to the monk near the well and talk to him. Give him the amphorae. He will
give you mead. Give the mead to the smuggler and he will help you. Pick up the
shell. Go to the right. Use the sword on the snake. Climb up. Use the sword on
the rattles.

Enter the forest. Go to the right to find another fairy ring. Pick up the red
toadstool and use it on the ring. Talk to the fairy leader. Give him your ring
and leave.

Keep moving down until you find a road. Take the hard rock lying near the tree
near the road in the middle of the screen. Return to the last group of fairies.
Move up. Take a pole (with no skull near the center of the screen) from the
right side column. Move forward twice. Use the horn on the pole on the left. Use
your pole on that pole. Cross the bridge. Go to the gates. Use the hard rock on
the padlock. Pick up the chain from the gate on the right.

Enter the castle. Go to the left. After the combat, and talking sequence, go up.
Next, go down. Find the interactive spot on the walkway. Select it to take a
key. (If the key is not here, search the nearby areas.) Move farther into the
cave. Use the key on the lamp to the left of the door. Then, use the key on the
doors. Leave, then exit.

Talk with the fairies. Exit the room to the left. Select the web to get a hair.
Go to the right. Exit to the right of the fairy leader.

Use the hard rock on the second petrified tree from the right. Pick up a twig.
Go up. Enter the door.

Use the twig on the urn. You will receive a vial. Return it to the fairy leader.
Give him Morgana's hair. Pick up the sword. Go to the room with the urn. Go
down. Go to the left. Kill Ragnar with the sword. Select him to get a locket.
Open it with the dagger. Return the opened locket to the fairies. After talking,
return to Ragnar.

Move farther and descend the stairs. Go to the cage with the skeleton. There is
an interactive spot just under the skeletal one that is difficult to find. Take
the vial of holy water. Return to Ragnar and pour the holy water on him.

The ending sequence will be displayed.
