with a normal editor and look for
StartingCashEasy = 20000.0 // starting cash for novice level : 20000.0
You can change this to e.g.
StartingCashEasy = 9990000.0 // starting cash for novice level : 9990000.0
You can also change the salaries, price of land, etc.

Dies kannst du z.B. verändern zu

Wenn du dich weiter in der Datei umschaust, dann kannst du auch noch weitere
Einträge wie für Gehälter, Grundstückskosten etc. verändern.
