Survival Mode:
Win the game with any difficulty to unlock the Survial Mode.
3 Minute Attack:
Win the game with any difficulty to unlock the 3 Minute Attack.
Twin Daggers:
Complete the game on any difficulty setting and save after the credits end. Load the saved game and when you start again you will have the Twin Daggers.
Bonus modes:
Complete the game on each difficulty. You get "Survival" and "3 Minute Attack" modes.
